Reverend Esther Gonzalez-Torres, LMSW
Director of 1st Phase Men's Residential Center 

The Reverend Esther Gonzalez-Torres has been affiliated with Youth Challenge of CT, Inc. since 2001 and is currently the Director of the 1st Phase Men's Residential Center.

Reverend Esther is a Licensed Master of Social Work and
 holds credentials with and is licensed by Youth Challenge International. Reverend Esther is a member at Glory Chapel International Cathedral, where the Reverend Paul Echtenkamp is the Senior Pastor.

Reverend Esther is married to Elias Torres and they have two children, Elijah Samuel and Ezekiel Raul.

Dr. Noel Casiano, PsyD, LMFT                                     Executive Director Youth Challenge of CT, Inc. 

Dr. Noel Casiano, became the Executive Director of Youth Challenge of CT, Inc. September 2014. Born and raised in the city of Hartford, CT Dr. Casiano graduated from Hartford Public High School and then went on to get his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University in 1998.  Dr. Casiano then obtained a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy also from Central Connecticut State University in 2009.  Dr. Casiano then obtained a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University in 2014.  Dr. Casiano is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.  

Dr. Casiano has extensive professional experience in systemic treatment approaches to marital and couple’s therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy. Dr. Casiano utilizes treatment modalities such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. Types of problems addressed include: Marital and Pre-marital Education, relationship problems, parent-child problems, substance abuse, anxiety, adjustment problems, depression, trauma and abuse, attachment issues, fatherhood engagement and men's issues. Most importantly, Dr. Casiano is called to serve his community in order to provide leadership in mental health and substance abuse treatment services.   

Dr. Casiano has over 15 years of professional experience with the State of Connecticut’s Department of Children and Families as a Social Worker and Social Work Supervisor.  Currently, Dr. Casiano provide clinical services for Wheeler Clinic, Inc in their Hartford Office as well as the Clinical Director for the Pastoral Counseling Center at House of Restoration Church.  Dr. Casiano is also an adjunct professor for Central Connecticut State University’s Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Program.

r. Casiano is married to his wife, Yecenia Casiano and together they have a teenage son, Nicholas Casiano.  They attend House of Restoration church in Hartford, CT, and the pastors are Rev. Miriam Torres and Bishop Dr. Jeremiah Torres.

Reverend Tyrone Glaspie
Director of the 2nd Phase Transitional Center

The Reverend Tyrone Glaspie has been affiliated with Youth Challenge of Connecticut, Inc. since 1992, and currently serves as the Director of the 2nd Phase Transitional Center, CT. 

The Reverend Glaspie’s  academic and ministerial training include a bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Biblical Life College and Seminary. He is an ordained minister with Youth Challenge International. 

The Reverend Tyrone E. Glaspie is the pastor of Glory Chapel Family Outreach. In 2001, he received the Alumni of the Year Award from the Youth Challenge Alumni Association. He also serves as Vice President of the New England Kingdom Knights. Reverend Glaspie serves as a Police Chaplain for the Plainfield Police Department and sits on the board as Secretary Treasurer of the Plainfield Police Chaplain Corps.  He is an Elder at Glory Chapel International Cathedral in Hartford, under the leadership of Reverend Paul Echtenkamp, Senior Pastor.

The Reverend Glaspie resides in Central Village, CT with his wife, the Rev. Jennifer Glaspie and their two daughters, Jasmine Joy and Tyana Arlene.

Reverend Antero "Jimmy" Rodriguez
Operational Manager of Men's Residential Centers

The Reverend Rodriguez has been affiliated with Youth Challenge of CT, Inc. since 1995 and and is currently the Operational Manager of the Men’s Residential and Transitional Centers.  

Reverend Rodriguez
 holds credentials with and is licensed by Youth Challenge International and is a member at Glory Chapel International Cathedral, where the Reverend Paul Echtenkamp is the Senior Pastor. 

Reverend Rodriguez is an alumni of the Men’s facility of Youth Challenge of Connecticut, Inc. and is married to an alumni of the Youth Challenge Mission for Women Diane Rodriguez, they have three children, Jessica, Jocelyn and Obed.
