Youth Challenge Men's Residential Center
The philosophy of the program is the development of self-respect, confidence, and a capacity to enjoy life in an atmosphere of acceptance, caring, structure and support, where individuals could continue the process of growth in areas critical to maintaining their new drug-free lifestyle. A sober living environment that includes individual and group treatment, with structured activities, supports the basis of our person centered and strength based approach.
Youth Challenge conveys a powerful message of hope, demonstrating that it is possible to be free from addictions, and go on to live productive and meaningful lives. A trained and capable staff provide an atmosphere of warmth, trust, support and love that many of the clients never before experienced. Basic needs, housing and meals are provided, along with important supports such as transportation, advocacy and liaison services pertaining to employment, legal, mental and medical appointments as well as community activities.
