Youth Challenge Mission for Women

The Youth Challenge Mission for Women opened in 1981. The Mission for Women duplicates the services offered at the Men’s Residential Center; however, the services are directed toward women’s needs. Here, like at the Men’s Residential Center, the women are given an opportunity to pursue a new life through supportive counseling, classes, and group activities. The Mission for Women is licensed to accommodate residents and is located at 32 Atwood Street, Hartford, Connecticut.
